So I finally made it to 鼎泰豐 and I’ve decided, like I did 2 years ago in Singapore, that it was overrated. Can someone just give me a good kick in the tush when I’m thinking about going there in the future? We actually found another place in Rowland Heights that has the best beef noodle soup, steamed dumplings, and scallion pancakes.
New Golden City can give 鼎泰豐 a run for their money.
Probably the best beef noodle soup anywhere in the US and Taiwan.
I thought their scallion pancakes were even better than 溫贊.
Their 小龍包 tastes just as good as 鼎泰豐’s if not better. Can you tell whether choice A or B belongs to 鼎泰豐?

Choice B - hand made by Mexicans
Of course a meal in Rowland Heights wouldn’t be complete without Class 302 snow ice.

the scallion pancake doesn’t look like the kind on Taipei though… over fried…
